two weeks ago, I announced that I was working on a choose your own adventure game called Desmond. I finished that game, just like I promised in that post. There was one problem, it didn’t work on Newgrounds. Important images just wouldn’t show up. I didn’t understand what I did wrong. Couldn’t find guides for what I was looking for. Felt like anything I’d say on a forum would feel needy. A combination of letting myself actually enjoy the season and procrastination later, I still had nothing. I never said I had to release it Newgrounds. From what I could tell, it worked on Itch (you can play it here). Yeah, I’m masking my sense of insecurity in my own abilities in self deprecation. Still wanted to be a little frank about the situation. I blame no one but myself for not better understanding how a computer works. At the end of the day, I wrote the bucket list, I decide when to mark things off. Hope you've enjoyed and will continue to enjoy your October.
